If you've got a mortgage

The name of your mortgage servicer is listed on the insurance check. We can work together to get an authorization form on file to speak with them on your behalf.


Endorse the check, and mail it to the mortgage company for their endorsement.


Once iRoof & Restoration receives the endorsed check directly from your mortage company, we’ll purchase the materials we need to repair your roof and set a date to start the project!

WHAT'S ACTUAL CASH VALUE?

The cost to repair or replace an insured item of property at the time of the loss, minus depreciation. The value of depreciation is based on the age and condition of the item. Personal property, like contents, is typically settled at Actual Cash Value unless the insured purchases Replacement Cost Coverage. Your Actual Cash Value Payments is typically the 1st of two checks you’ll get. The 2nd check is sent when the job is done and all invoices are sent directly to your insurance company.
